Post from from 2010 that I managed to accidentally move from its chronological placement on this blog. "Listed this small painting on ebay today." (Summer 2010) "May regret listing it IF it sells for next to nothing." (I did regret listing it)

"Cape" by Brian K. Raynor
This is a 1950's style Superman painting. I call it "Cape". It is watered down acrylic paint on a page from an old book.

"One Creator" by Brian K. Raynor
I started painting and drawing on pages from an old book again this month. Just an attempt at keeping my creative juices flowing in the evenings after a day of mind numbing routine, without having to get too involved in a "project". The title of each painting comes from a word highlighted on the page. I used to do this as a kid. I call this firey lion "One Creator" and if you examine the page you will find that the words "One" and "Creator" are highlighted with paint.
